Piti (pee-dee):

Piti is located on the central western side of the island. The village, consisting of a population of approximately 1,600, is home to Guam’s Port, the US Naval Station, and various historical landmarks. Nimitz Hill, located in the hills of Piti, is considered to be one of Guam’s more popular executive neighborhoods, consisting primarily of single-family homes. Many of these homes have ocean views.
